All refunds are subject to the following conditions in addition to the specific policy for each product.
***Update October 2019: Due to a change in PayPal policy, refunds are still subject to PayPal’s processing fees. That means that in any case of a refund, even the 24hr grace period, when a purchaser has opted into using PayPal as their payment method, the purchaser will be subject to pay PayPal’s fees. This is a change mandated by PayPal (who refuses to refund their fees to you) and not ours. We apologize for this.***
Due to the nature of digital products, we do have a few requirements that must be met in order to qualify for a refund. This is to protect ourselves because of those that abuse refund policies and product creators. It is also to encourage those that buy the products to give their best effort before making a decision.
- There is a 24hr grace period where any membership purchase may be refunded without question.
- There will be no refunds granted because decided that you didn’t want to do it. We highly encourage you to follow through on your commitment.
- There will be no refunds given for mistaking these products as hardcover or softcover books. It is clearly stated and demonstrated on both sales pages that they are digital products, so we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.
If you meet all of the conditions for the refund, please send your request to LaLee@LaLeeLifestyle.com. If you qualify, you will receive a confirmation within 72 hours. If you do not meet the conditions on this page, you will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy for the 28-Day Perfect Body Mindset Course
If after 3 days and within 10 days (allowing you 3 days of practice – the recommended weekly minimum for efficacy) of trying the product, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.
In order to qualify for a full refund of the 28-Day Perfect Body Mindset Course, you must (a) show an honest effort of participation via social media posts, or (b) send proof that you used the 28-Day Perfect Body Mindset MIDIs with photos of yourself practicing the meditations.
We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly. No refunds will be issued beyond 10 days after the purchase.

We do not offer refunds for the WholeHearted, Holistic Wellness: Intro course or any other single-product program.
Refund Policy for the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive
If after 9 days and before 30 days (allowing you 9 days of practice – the recommended 3 week minimum for efficacy) of trying the product, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.
In order to qualify for a full refund of the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive, you must (a) show an honest effort of participation via social media posts over the duration of time from purchase date to refund-request, or (b) send proof that you used the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive MIDIs, MODIs & RUMIs with photos of yourself practicing these therapies.
We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days after the purchase.

Conscious Creator & Feminist Physique ($98) monthly subscriptions are subject to a 7 day refund policy during the first month. Please show us proof you have tried the therapies and curriculum.
Uplift & Mindset Members ($28) have a 24hr grace period where they may cancel their subscription in the first month and be refunded.
You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time. The membership and your access to your courses will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
