Hello and Welcome! I’m Laura-Lee: LaLee is what my friends call me. I’m living the ECO dream and navigating the revolution.

My mission in life is to show women how to be their best selves through balancing & harmonizing their Mental, Emotional, Energetic & Physical being.

I gave up a promising career as an academic theory scholar to, instead, bring the pragmatic applications of my research to life. I now write a blog instead of publishing in peer reviewed journals, I use social media in lieu of giving lectures, and I design programs for you instead of university courses.
