“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”

We are energy. Our greatest scientists believe the power within the energy (the pre-matter matter) which creates the substance of our world is far beyond any physical power we have ever known. The atomic bomb is quite simply the release of power within a single atom. Yet, science is still slow to take Tesla up on his plea.

The mystics, eastern & western — ancient & modern alike — have, since time immemorial, filled the gaps where science has left huge blanks. Spiritual practices have actually given instructions for us to utilize what I believe Tesla and other great scientists praised so highly: the Personal Power of Energetic Frequency.

Enter the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive

This is a program which focusses on building a good fundamental relationship between what I call your “Personal Powers” — a definitive way to change your life, get into your ideal body & be the master of your own fate. We were all sent here to be happy, it is our right, and all we need now is to peel away the untruth & grown stronger in our Personal Powers to become co-creators of our lives.

The 4 Personal Powers:

District #1: Mental Awareness (Mindfulness)

District #2: Emotions Systems (Self-Care)

District #3: Energetic Frequency (Spirituality)

District #4: Physical Presence

“28 DAYS of MAY” Challenge:

I am taking on all 4 districts of the program one week at a time to share my results of each Personal Power. Each district normally takes 3 weeks in the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive.

SELF-CARE/SELF-LOVE: Week 2 — Results

OK. I failed. You can see my confession in the YouTube VLOG below. I put love of my partner and fun ahead of love for myself and work. Although there’s little reason to work or invest in oneself if you cannot rejoice and share your loving kindness with others… balance must exist or the whole machine topples over. I started emotionally eating to make up for my guilt and realized: I’d totally and utterly failed.

What I learned was it doesn’t matter if I put off caring for myself — I can’t care for others optimally until I do what I need to do first. So I failed, I have no progress to show, I had a great time, but I also stressed and felt an immense amount of guilt while I shrugged off my responsibilities. All in all it was a mistake. However, sometimes we fail. That’s just the way life goes. But we don’t need that to be the final word. In fact, the only constant is change.

The tools in the program pulled me out of my emotional funk and put me back on the right track (where I can love everyone better and enjoy my time more)!

SPIRITUALITY: Week 3 of the 4 Week, 28 Days of May Challenge

This week we move on to the Energetic Frequency district. I am taking with me what I learned last week during the Emotions System district: to love myself better and put my needs first. I actually really love doing the practices. And you should too. Health is self care & that should be fun.
