I could barely believe my eyes (and my butt) when I put on my size zero’s this morning… I didn’t entirely understand how intertwined energy and weight loss are…

I have been stru-gg-ling with this 28 Days of May Challenge (for all of the reasons I’ve outlined when I started — we’re moving around constantly, eating out every single meal of the day & it’s impossible to keep a schedule) and I have literally broke down in tears crying on multiple occasions thinking that I’d fail, because I set myself impossible oddsCheck out last week’s post here where I couldn’t even include pics because I’d dropped the ball so hard I regressed in my goals.

The program is too powerful to be foiled so easily. Raising my vibration quickly put me back on track. Energy and weight loss is probably the least understood of health techniques, but perhaps that makes it also the most powerful. I am quite seriously amazed at how potent the Ideal Body Composition: Comprehensive is… I wanted to go through the program demonstrating its efficacy and explaining it to you as I go (to give you a better grasp of the complexity and completeness of the theory), but I did not expect it to be this powerful.

Even after foiling almost half of the tiny amount of time I allotted to dropping my size 4 body to a 0 — against all odds — I still regained traction and am precisely on track.

I almost cried again slipping on my size zero, stiff, skinny cut jean shorts… this time from joy. I just can’t even… I’m still reeling from joy and surprise. I’m trying not to turn this post into a blubber of gush! SELF-ACCEPTANCE/SPIRITUAL AWAKENING: Energy and Weight Loss — Results

If you read last week’s blog post (updating my progress through the Emotions System District) or more powerfully, the complimentary VLOG post you’ll know that I got incredibly discouraged, after failing super hard, by not keeping my commitments. The most incredible thing happened though. After that downfall, I recommitted to the practice and within less than a full day I felt incredible again. I was ridiculously positive after only a short time of practice and, more importantly, I felt completely capable of achieving my full potential — the goals I set out, in the timeline I anticipated, in spite of the setback. So, what happened:

a. Felt capable of doing anything — even after a major setback, the tools in the program set me back on track so powerfully I was better than ever after half a day.

b. I stopped picking my skin!! I’ve suffered from anxiety, and we all have unconscious compulsions which distract us from whats really wrong, my skin picking has been a pervasive sign of anxiety for… ever. The MODI on compulsive distracting behaviour cured me miraculously! I just suddenly didn’t want to… WEIRD. (See a previous post to find out what a MODI is.)

c. I got closer to wearing my size zeros comfortably than I have been in 2 years. (Side note: the program came about after I gained a bunch of weight without cause or explanation — I set all of my research skills & knowledge base to rooting out the cause and creating a solution.)

SELF-ACTUALIZATION: Week 4 — the Final Week of the 28 Days of May Journey

This week we move on from my successes in energy and weight loss to the Physical Presence District. This is where we bring everything we have learned & empowered through the other Districts into alignment with our physical being. I’m very excited. The core elements are grace & godliness… such a beautiful District, and I have had so much personal growth already, I’m really looking forward to checking back in next week with my final results, and releasing the program!!!
